About the role

Enpal is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist who is fluent in German to support its German‑market operations. The role focuses on managing supplier relationships, driving efficient sourcing, and ensuring smooth procurement processes within a fast‑growing, international energy technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and order tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Handle supplier communication primarily in German.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain roles.
• Fluency in German (minimum B2 level).
• Proven experience in supplier relationship management and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Experience with procurement tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (or similar).
