Gulf & Levant Foods Insights Manager

About the role

The Gulf & Levant Foods Insights Manager will support PepsiCo’s Foods Business Unit by delivering consumer and market insights that drive brand performance across the region. You will work closely with the Snacks Marketing team and other commercial functions to ensure our brands maintain a leading market position. The role involves managing both qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing performance metrics, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Foods Marketing team on brand plans and market analysis to sustain leading market positions.
• Contribute to the creation of human‑centric brand campaign ideas, marketing programs and innovative solutions with cross‑functional teams and agency partners.
• Monitor brand performance across consumer perception, brand preference and market share, delivering strategic insights to internal teams.
• Lead in‑depth sessions with Marketing and Sales teams to address critical topics and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly brand performance reviews.
• Analyze and present findings from internal testing tools to support informed decision‑making.
• Oversee the management of qualitative and quantitative research projects.
