About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every guest space at Sheraton Soma Bay Resort is spotless, welcoming, and ready to create memorable experiences. This full‑time position combines room cleaning, public area upkeep, and responsive guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver requested items.
• Stock cleaning carts and replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods (standing, walking, or sitting).
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to quality standards.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as moving and lifting items up to 50 lb.
