About the role
The HR Associate Partner, PXT, supports Amazon Fulfillment Center associates by handling queries, ensuring accurate payroll and roster management, and fostering an engaging workplace. You will split time between the HR Hub and the warehouse floor, acting as a trusted point of contact for employees.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site HR support, document requests, follow up, and resolve issues.
- Partner with site teams on time‑and‑attendance, ensuring correct schedules and accurate payroll inputs.
- Audit and manage rosters, generate reports, and assist with peak‑period activities.
- Lead process‑improvement initiatives and suggest resource‑optimisation ideas.
- Navigate internal Amazon systems to execute daily duties.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of human‑resources experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
- Ability to work rotating 10‑hour shifts (morning and night) on a monthly basis.
