HR Business Partner – North Africa & Regional HR Competence Specialist (MEA)

About the role

Everllence is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead talent and competency initiatives across North Africa and the Middle East & Africa region. You will act as a strategic partner to regional managers and headquarters, driving recruitment, development, and succession planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and standardise recruitment and onboarding processes for the region.
• Collaborate with headquarters on employer branding and identify regional recruitment partners.
• Manage talent pool appointments, high‑potential identification and succession planning.
• Assess training needs, coordinate delivery with local HRBPs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Build a network of external training providers and oversee competency mapping for all jobs.
• Identify competence gaps, guide managers on effective employee dialogues, and implement closing measures.
• Lead the creation of job descriptions for non‑management roles.
• Support performance appraisal administration and promote a performance‑driven culture.
• Assist local HRBPs on strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in talent management, succession planning, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management and competency development.
• Proven track record leading HR functions across multiple locations or subsidiaries.
• Experience delivering learning programmes via classroom, webinar or similar formats.
