About the role

TalentCores is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join its growing team in Cairo. This full‑time hybrid position will support the company’s people strategy by managing HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing employee benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits programs and manage related processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace concerns.
• Collaborate with senior HR leadership on strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
• Experience in HR management, including recruitment and talent development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
