HSSE & Q Advisor

About the role

The HSSE & Q Advisor supports the operationalisation of Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) and Quality functions across assigned projects or sites. Working closely with operational teams, the advisor ensures that HSSE/Q policies, systems and practices are applied in line with local legislation, customer requirements and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing HSSE and Quality systems, programmes and procedures on site.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and gap analyses, recommending preventive or corrective actions.
• Support risk assessments, permit‑to‑work, management of change and dynamic risk assessment processes.
• Maintain and activate local emergency and crisis management frameworks.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through training, coaching and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide technical HSSE advice to operational teams and contribute to HSSE/Q reporting.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in HSSE and/or Quality functions within industrial or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of local HSSE legislation, standards and best practices.
• Ability to work on‑site for extended periods and build relationships with diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
