About the role

Fathy Ibrahim, a family‑owned luxury accessories brand with 90 years of heritage, is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function on‑site in 6th of October City. The role will support the company’s growth by ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Design, implement, and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
• Lead performance management, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and HR‑related projects.

Required profile

• Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and building a positive culture.
• Experience creating HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.
• Track record in performance management, training, and employee development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Experience in hybrid work environments is preferred.
