About the role

We are seeking motivated Indoor Sales Services Specialists to join our team at Dokkan Agency in Tanta. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound leads within the office, presenting our e‑commerce and digital marketing services, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound leads from the office, without field visits.
• Present and explain company services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up leads, maintain pipelines, and close deals efficiently.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Contribute to sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales goals with campaigns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance and sales reports.
• Participate in internal meetings to ensure proper delivery of client needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in marketing services, digital advertising, or business solutions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts.
• High follow‑up skills and solid understanding of customer needs.
• Positive, target‑driven attitude and professional appearance.
• Own a personal laptop.
• Reside in Tanta or surrounding areas.
