Internal Material Flow & Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

LEONI is seeking an experienced leader to manage internal material flow and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless handling of raw materials, semi‑finished, and finished goods while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities: unloading, receiving, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping.
• Define, implement and refine supply‑chain material flow standards, processes, tools and work instructions.
• Lead, coach and evaluate warehouse staff, set objectives and identify training needs.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and ensure safe, compliant use of warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate with facilities and central Supply Chain Management on material flow topics and warehouse system design.
• Track, analyse and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in warehousing and internal material flow, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
