Junior Design Architect – Conceptual Design

About the role

Elgabaly Architects is looking for a motivated Junior Design Architect to join its conceptual design team. You will work on innovative, sustainable projects across the MENA region, collaborating with senior architects and contributing to the full design process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply computational design tools, scripts and algorithms to streamline ideation, analysis, and presentation.
• Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and project development.
• Contribute creative concepts and innovative architectural solutions.
• Create and present renderings, sketches, and visualizations to refine ideas.
• Produce high‑quality client presentations using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work with the design team to turn conceptual ideas into feasible architectural solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual and visualization skills.
• Passion for sustainable design and staying current with industry trends.
• Ability to understand and interpret design decisions made by others.
