Junior Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our Alexandria office and support the design and coordination of mechanical systems for a variety of projects. The role offers hands‑on experience in mechanical and architectural detailing, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review mechanical design calculations ensuring compliance with codes and client specifications.
• Develop detailed mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to integrate space planning and building services.
• Support senior engineers in design development, documentation and technical reviews.
• Perform mechanical analysis and sizing using tools such as HAP, duct/pipe sizers and psychrometric software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a public university.
• 2‑4 years of experience in mechanical engineering design.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and building services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM Revit.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills.
• Experience with HAP, duct/pipe sizing and psychrometric analysis tools.
