Junior Sales Associate – Toy Store

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Junior Sales Associate to join our toy store team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience for children and parents while supporting store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, understand their needs and recommend suitable toys.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits and age‑appropriateness.
• Upsell complementary items and handle inquiries, complaints and returns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Restock shelves, receive and label new inventory, and ensure attractive product displays.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and participate in promotions, events and seasonal activities.
• Share customer feedback with management to improve product selection and service.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially with toys, stationery or children’s products.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing and passionate about play.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
