Key Accounts Manager – HORECA

About the role

CookieVore is seeking a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to lead its sales strategy across B2B and B2C channels within the HORECA sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long‑term partnerships with cafés, restaurants, retailers and corporate accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify, acquire and nurture new B2B clients in the HORECA and retail space.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial agreements while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and set KPIs for the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and produce regular performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with operations and production to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide insights for pricing, promotions and product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 4‑7 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
• Proven B2B sales experience within HORECA or retail accounts.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Experience in modern trade and e‑commerce is essential.
