Landscape Design Architect

About the role

The Landscape Design Architect creates innovative outdoor concepts that blend site conditions, client goals, and environmental considerations. You will guide projects from initial ideas through detailed design, ensuring visually compelling and functional spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to capture project needs and design requirements.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate location, conditions, and environmental factors.
• Develop concept design proposals aligned with client objectives and site context.
• Prepare design presentations for selected concepts.
• Lead the design development phase, incorporating client feedback and changes.
• Oversee material selection, ensuring consistency with design themes, client preferences, budget, and market trends.
• Provide the visualization team with accurate design data and ongoing support.
• Manage FF&E selections that match client requirements and the overall design theme.
• Coordinate with design principals to deliver each design phase on schedule.
• Collaborate with the principal architect to update and maintain the ASquared design library.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 3‑4 years of experience in landscape design.
• Proven experience in landscape design is a plus.
• Strong presentation, communication, and creative abilities.
