Last Mile Hub Senior Coordinator – Cairo

About the role

The Last Mile Hub Senior Coordinator will oversee daily operations at Bosta’s hub in Cairo, ensuring shipments are received, sorted, and dispatched efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining Bosta’s high‑speed delivery standards for e‑commerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new pickups and verify tracking numbers on flyers.
• Enter shipment data into the system and update the “Receiving Pickups” sheet.
• Organize daily dispatch, sorting shipments by delivery address.
• Integrate cash‑on‑delivery and refund shipments into courier routes and send routes to the Stars app.
• Process undelivered, canceled, and returned shipments, including signature collection and system updates.
• Monitor Stars Wallet balances and ensure daily COD deposits match collections.
• Conduct verification calls for undelivered or canceled shipments.
• Transfer shipments exceeding the 24‑hour holding period to the sorting facility and communicate handover details.
• Perform additional duties as required to support hub performance.

Required profile

• Graduates with a degree (any field).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or shipping.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills for interacting with couriers and business partners.
