Launch Program Manager – Quick Commerce

About the role

Amazon Now is expanding its Quick Commerce network in Egypt and needs a seasoned Launch Program Manager to drive the rollout of Darkstores and Hubs. You will lead large‑scale, cross‑functional projects that enable rapid growth while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define program requirements and critical milestones by working backwards from the customer.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end launch activities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, and changes to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Analyze launch performance data and propose initiatives to support expansion strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Preferred: 2+ years of process‑improvement experience and a Master’s degree or MBA.
