Learning & Development Specialist – Agriculture

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for farm employees across multiple agricultural sites. You will work closely with operational teams to close skill gaps and enhance both technical and soft‑skill capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments for all farm functions and identify skill gaps.
• Design structured training programs, develop materials, and tailor content to agricultural roles.
• Deliver classroom and on‑site (field) training sessions to employees at various levels.
• Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs, prepare reports and present insights to management.
• Handle day‑to‑day L&D administrative tasks and coordinate logistics for training across sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in training delivery within a Learning & Development function.
• Certification of Train‑the‑Trainer (ToT) is a plus.
• Previous experience in FMCG, agriculture or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel between Baharia Oasis and Minia sites.
• High eagerness to learn and strong ownership mindset.
