About the role
The Learning & Development Specialist will support Bel's people agenda by coordinating training activities, maintaining learning records, and managing vendor relationships. This role ensures that all learning initiatives run smoothly and contribute to the company's transformation goals.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials and communicate with participants.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training records, attendance databases and generate participation reports.
- Liaise with external training vendors, track expenses against budget and process invoices.
- Administer the digital learning platform (LMS), manage user access, registrations and content updates.
- Collect participant feedback, analyse data and propose improvements to learning processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an HR or Learning & Development role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client‑service orientation.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude and a positive spirit.
