Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, anticipate guest needs, and ensure a smooth and memorable experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all arriving and departing guests with professional, friendly service.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special arrangements promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front‑office area.
• Coordinate communication between guests and hotel departments.
• Handle guest complaints or issues efficiently and courteously.
• Record daily activities in the logbook and prepare guest‑relations reports.
• Support colleagues in other hotel areas when needed.
• Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in a guest‑facing hotel role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Russian.
• Well‑groomed appearance and adherence to hotel standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Russian (mandatory).
