About the role
As a Property Consultant specializing in luxury residences and premium serviced apartments, you will guide high‑net‑worth clients to their ideal homes. You will act as the trusted advisor for TMG’s branded residences, delivering personalized service and market insight.
Key responsibilities
- Sell TMG’s branded residences using comprehensive negotiation techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, generating leads through referrals and outreach.
- Achieve sales targets and deadlines set by the company.
- Assess client needs for luxury private residences and serviced apartments.
- Conduct market research to keep clients informed about trends in luxury homes and serviced apartment offerings.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real‑estate sales, focusing on luxury properties and serviced apartments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Required skills
- Deep knowledge of the luxury real‑estate market, including serviced apartments.
