Maintenance Supervisor – Henley at Kingstowne

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Henley at Kingstowne community, including grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities to keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and uphold standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members and external contractors to ensure quality, compliance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while staying within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as defined in Greystar’s policy and procedure manual.
• Assist the Community Manager with additional maintenance and operational duties as needed.

Required profile

• Experience overseeing technical and mechanical work in a residential community.
• Ability to diagnose problems, perform repairs and manage work orders.
• Proven capability to coordinate make‑ready activities and vendor services.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting work quality and maintaining standards.
• Organizational skills for inventory control and budgeting.
