Marketing Communication Specialist – North Africa

About the role

The Marketing Communication Specialist supports brand development and marketing operations across Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia. Working closely with dealer partners, regional teams, and PR stakeholders, the role ensures consistent brand communication, effective local execution, and strong market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate advertising, PR, and communication campaigns with dealer partners in the three North African markets.
• Assist dealers in implementing local marketing plans that align with regional and European strategies and brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealer marketing teams, media agencies, press, digital influencers, and local institutions.
• Support planning and execution of local events, exhibitions, vehicle launches, roadshows, customer engagement activities, and sponsorships.
• Ensure brand consistency by coordinating marketing assets, POSM, and communication content across dealer operations.
• Monitor media coverage, social media trends, and public sentiment, providing feedback and recommendations.
• Organise test‑drive activities and media fleet arrangements for press, influencers, leasing companies, and partners.
• Localise regional marketing initiatives and track campaign performance, delivering reports and insights.
• Guarantee compliance with brand standards and communication guidelines for all dealer activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Communication, or dealer‑focused marketing, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven experience working with dealer networks, distributors, or local market teams.
