Policy Administration Officer

About the role

MedNet Egypt is seeking a Policy Administration Officer to manage daily operational activities related to health insurance policies. The role involves creating policies, processing amendments, uploading member data, and issuing e‑cards while ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily activities such as policy creation, amendments, member uploads, and e‑card releases in line with protocols.
• Conduct continuous reviews of policy and endorsement management processes and propose improvements.
• Perform data verification and preliminary checks on client information to ensure accuracy.
• Prioritize timely processing of new policies to meet annual productivity targets.
• Complete policy and endorsement calculations, considering benefit deviations and group size.
• Ensure enrollments and policy issuances are completed within agreed turnaround times.
• Update policies and procedures regularly to maintain high quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide necessary support and maintain alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; medical background is a plus.
• Minimum three years experience in a Third‑Party Administrator (TPA) or insurance environment, focusing on production, enrollment, or underwriting.
• Strong command of English and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Knowledge of the local health insurance sector, regulations, and IT systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
