PR Account Manager

About the role

The PR Account Manager will lead communication strategies and initiatives for both existing retainer clients and new strategic events. Working closely with the wider PR team as well as Marketing and Events departments, you will ensure clear, compelling and strategic brand communications are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR & communications campaigns, defining strategy, goals, budget and tactics for retained and new clients.
• Use insights to drive decision‑making and ensure effective execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relations across multiple accounts and projects, maintaining constant communication with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal strategy teams to support research, briefs and strategic development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including stylists, press, thought leaders and influencers.
• Secure senior media coverage and identify new opportunities to raise brand profiles.
• Oversee budget and timeline management for client accounts.
• Draft press releases, statements, interview talking points and other written materials.
• Monitor, analyze and report PR results to clients on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate PR activations, press events, shoots and other related activities.
• Contribute to business development and identify potential new clients for the PR department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in public relations.
• Experience in the luxury and lifestyle sector is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
