Principal Electrical Systems Technical Execution Lead

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Principal Electrical Systems Technical Execution Lead to drive the delivery of high‑voltage, medium‑voltage and low‑voltage power network projects. The role combines system architecture design, team leadership and risk management to ensure reliable, sustainable power solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical execution for electrical systems projects covering HV, MV and LV networks.
• Design comprehensive power system architectures that integrate generation, storage, conversion and distribution components.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams through design, supplier management, implementation and testing phases.
• Assess and manage technical risks while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical professionals in complex engineering environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills with a customer‑focused approach to solution delivery.
• Confident decision‑maker who balances technical standards with practical project constraints.

• Experience interacting with data‑center operators, consultants, EPCs and end customers.
