Operations Manager – Manufacturing & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing, warehousing and project site activities for Nefertari JM for Electrical Industries in New Cairo. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, productivity and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the factory, warehouse and project sites to maximise efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies for operational performance improvement, waste reduction and cost optimisation.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams.
• Establish, monitor and report on operational KPIs to senior management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and company policies.
• Mentor department leaders, build high‑performing teams and foster a culture of accountability.

• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously.
