Customer Project Technical Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Project Technical Expert to lead the technical execution of electrical system projects across high, medium and low voltage power networks. The role involves designing comprehensive power system architectures, guiding multidisciplinary teams through design, implementation and testing, and managing technical risks for Schneider’s customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical execution for HV, MV, and LV power network projects.
• Design power system architectures integrating generation, storage, conversion and distribution components.
• Lead technical teams through design, supplier management, implementation and testing phases.
• Assess and manage technical risks while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with data center operators, consultants, EPCs and end customers to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical professionals in complex engineering environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with a customer‑focused approach.
• Confident decision‑maker balancing technical standards and project constraints.
• Team‑oriented collaborator thriving in cross‑functional settings.
• 8‑10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in data‑center projects, with a MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering and fluent English.
