Procurement Manager – Regional Sourcing

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead regional sourcing activities for raw materials, packaging and indirect spend across Egypt and the wider region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for building a resilient sourcing strategy, achieving cost reductions, and maintaining product quality and vendor service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement of raw materials, packaging and indirect services in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to communicate supply issues and provide up‑to‑date commodity pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, improve pricing and terms, and track commodity price trends to inform strategic buying decisions.
• Lead cost‑saving projects and monitor SKU and category spend performance (PPV) to identify savings opportunities.
• Select and negotiate with vendors, develop a trusted supplier base, and source new vendors or materials as needed.
• Continuously improve procurement processes to add value to the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing within the food, beverage or related industries.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with a focus on cost optimisation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Leadership experience, contributing to site strategy and managing change.
