Product Specialist – Medical Devices (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to promote and sell our medical‑device portfolio to both new and existing customers in Cairo. The role combines consultative sales, in‑service training and post‑sale support to ensure customers receive optimal value from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create demand for Imdad’s medical‑device products through regular customer visits and consultative selling.
• Deliver professional product demonstrations and in‑service training at customer sites.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, including ownership, key physicians and equipment details.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor actions and pricing changes.
• Support accounts receivable follow‑up for assigned sales accounts.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers, doctors and end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as pharmacy, biomedical engineering, bioscience, nursing or chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical‑device sales; dermatology experience is a plus.
• Based in Cairo with a valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
