Production Engineering Team Leader

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Production Engineering Team Leader to manage the Main Harness unit within its Production Engineering department. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with standards, and lead a multidisciplinary team to meet the company’s performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Production Engineering Main Harness unit, monitoring KPIs and delivering on defined objectives.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Plan and coordinate team activities to cover all production stages and respond to incoming requests.
• Define team members’ objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, and monitor results.
• Assess training needs, support professional development, and coach staff.
• Implement measures to boost team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, and change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in a leadership or project role.
• Strong leadership with a focus on employee coaching and development.
• High analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
