Program Controls Specialist II

About the role

Join Honeywell's specialist team delivering program analysis, process improvement, and performance metrics. You will partner with integrated project teams to develop project plans, establish cost and schedule baselines, and publish reports that drive decisions across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project control plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), cost budgets and schedule baselines.
• Analyze project performance using cost and schedule integration, including unbilled, receivable and payable balances.
• Identify variance root causes, recommend corrective actions, and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
• Prepare and publish financial metrics, progress reports, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support change, risk, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) management.
• Monitor compliance with GPMO requirements and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) controls.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and relationship building.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, cost budgeting, schedule development, and performance measurement.
• Ability to work in a large, matrixed environment and convey complex information clearly.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsiga.
