Program Manager – Rehabilitation & Inclusion Centers

About the role

The Little Flock Foundation for Development is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead its “Life Together” Centers in Minya Governorate, Egypt. The role oversees two specialized centers that provide rehabilitation, life‑skill training, and social inclusion services for children with intellectual disabilities and supports their families.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day implementation of rehabilitation programs across both centers, ensuring high service quality.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate multidisciplinary teams including therapists, teachers, specialists, and administrative staff.
• Oversee the development and monitoring of individualized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with specialist teams.
• Prepare and submit regular technical, administrative, and financial reports to the Foundation’s management.
• Maintain effective communication and partnerships with parents, caregivers, local stakeholders, partners, and donors.
• Manage human, financial, and operational resources transparently and efficiently.
• Identify logistical needs to guarantee continuity of services and contribute to future program expansion.
• Represent the program before community partners and ensure compliance with ethical and child‑safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Proven experience in community development and the Community‑Based Rehabilitation (CBR) approach.
• Strong commitment to family‑centered rehabilitation and inclusive community participation.
