Project Architect

About the role

Collaborative Architects + Partners is seeking a Project Architect to join its Nasr City office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on delivering sustainable, high‑quality architectural solutions for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design development and production of architectural drawings and submittals.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including engineering, landscape, interior and graphic design.
• Ensure compliance with LEED and other sustainability standards.
• Utilize BIM tools for project planning, modeling and clash detection.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with engineering consultants on large‑scale projects.
• Professional licensure in architecture preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Advanced knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Familiarity with LEED sustainability criteria.
• Experience preparing and reviewing technical submittals.
