Quality Specialist – Address Quality (MAQ)

About the role

The MENA Address Quality (MAQ) team is looking for a Quality Specialist to support address resolution, geocode correction, LLM quality auditing, and map validation for last‑mile delivery across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. You will be the first line of support, handling real‑time production issues and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across three countries.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to perform manual audits, resolve outliers, and use internal tools for address quality tasks.
• Identify audit patterns and suggest process improvements.
• Escalate problems to the appropriate owners according to defined processes.
• Maintain accurate records in trackers or workflow tools.
• Meet business metrics such as SLA, productivity, quality and utilization benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and adapt to multiple programs as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays, and to handle overtime as needed.
• Strong analytical mindset for root‑cause analysis and error correction.
