Quantity Surveyor & Commercial Manager – New Cairo

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager to lead commercial and QS activities across multiple projects in New Cairo. You will ensure accurate take‑offs, valuations and manage commercial risks while supporting the project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review BOQs, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Perform accurate quantity take‑offs and project valuations.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and assess the impact of project changes.
• Prepare and submit variations, claims and final accounts.
• Coordinate with planning and project teams on commercial matters.
• Lead and support the Commercial and QS team.
• Implement and improve commercial and QS procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Contracts.
• Experience in construction and/or fit‑out projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.

Required skills

• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and analysis.
• Quantity take‑off and valuation techniques.
• Management of variations and claims.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using relevant ERP systems.
