Remote Rust Engineer – AI Data Training Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a remote Rust Engineer to work on AI data training. You will review and generate Rust code, evaluate reasoning quality, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI model outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Rust code and explanations, identifying errors in ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and algorithmic reasoning.
• Write high‑quality, idiomatic Rust solutions and pedagogical explanations.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning.
• Create prompts and responses to guide AI learning across diverse topics.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and ensure reliability.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional Rust development experience in backend, CLI, or systems projects.
• Strong grasp of Rust’s ownership, borrowing, and lifetime model.
• Experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants and validating their output.
• Excellent English writing skills and a detail‑oriented work style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
