Resale Property Senior Consultant

About the role

Hyde Park Developments is hiring a Resale Property Senior Consultant in New Cairo City. The role focuses on generating leads and achieving resale and rental targets, while coordinating with the primary sales team and managing resale and rental agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through brokers, connections and referrals to meet resale and rental targets
• Coordinate with the primary sales team when needed
• Monitor resale property and rental unit inventory and optimise offerings according to market demand
• Interact with customers, answer inquiries and handle complaints to ensure a positive experience
• Negotiate resale prices and rental terms, and manage contract terms for resale and rental agreements
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for resale transactions
• Manage deal closures and buyer-seller relationships
• Produce reports on sales performance, inventory levels and customer feedback

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in resale and/or rental transactions
• Strong network of brokers, agents and industry contacts highly preferred

Required skills

• Solid understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation and inventory management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain client relationships
