Assistant Manager - Projects, Asset Development

About the role

Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, part of the Al-Futtaim Group, is looking for a Project Coordinator (titled Assistant Manager - Projects) in Cairo. The role supports real estate development projects by working closely with the Senior Project Manager across design, construction and handover stages, keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned and ensuring timely deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and executing real estate development projects across design, construction and handover stages.
• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, progress reports and key performance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Follow up on action items and deliverables, escalating issues to the Senior Project Manager when needed.
• Promote collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage multiple project tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain communication and alignment among diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate or construction project management, with at least 3 years at a reputable real estate developer.
• Proven expertise in contractual, schedule and budget framework adherence.
• Excellent English language skills and a highly presentable appearance.
