About the role
Amazon is looking for a passionate and analytical Retail Account Manager to lead vendor relationships across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You will use data‑driven insights and automation tools to grow the business, improve terms, and enhance the vendor experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of vendors at scale across multiple Middle‑East markets.
- Negotiate costs, promotions and business terms to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross‑category teams to streamline vendor‑management processes.
- Own vendor communication, fostering long‑term self‑sufficiency.
- Conduct vendor analysis, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and translate insights into action.
- Lead systematic process improvements and implement SOPs at scale.
Required profile
- 2+ years of sales or account‑management experience.
- 2+ years in digital advertising or client‑facing roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Experience in e‑commerce or technology‑focused environments is preferred.
