About the role

Pepla is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to work in its flagship stores at Mall of Egypt and Cairo Festival City. The role involves engaging customers, promoting fashion products, and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and styling advice.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy and well‑stocked.
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, energetic and passionate about fashion.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
