Retail Sales Executive – Mall of Arabia

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and presentable Retail Sales Executive to join New Star EG at the Mall of Arabia in 6th of October. In this role you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and driving sales of our innovative product range.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers, answer queries and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling.
• Maintain attractive product displays, organize merchandise and ensure the store environment is tidy and inviting.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
