Sales Operations Senior Manager

About the role

Cornerstone Development is looking for a strategic, data‑driven Sales Operations Senior Manager to lead and optimise our commercial and operational functions. You will be the central point for aligning sales, CRM, and business processes to drive efficiency and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage CRM operations, ensuring full system optimisation and efficiency.
• Oversee broker management, including performance tracking and relationship development.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time inventory availability across all platforms.
• Design and monitor payment plans that align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market analysis and company goals.
• Plan and manage project phasing to support sales strategy and inventory release.
• Analyse data and performance metrics to guide operational and commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure target alignment and execution.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience working with CRM systems, Odoo highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of sales operations, pricing, and the customer lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
