About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth of our home appliance portfolio within traditional trade channels. You will work directly with local retailers, shop owners and distributors to ensure our products achieve strong market presence and meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve or exceed set targets for home appliance products.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with retailers, shop owners and distributors.
- Promote and position products effectively in retail outlets, ensuring optimal display and stock levels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences, providing feedback to sales and marketing teams.
- Train retail staff on product features, benefits and selling points.
- Collaborate with distributors to manage inventory and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
- Assist in the execution of promotions, discounts and in‑store offers.
- Resolve issues related to stock, customer complaints or operational challenges.
- Represent the company and its brand professionally in all interactions.
Required profile
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with retailers and distributors.
- Ability to analyse market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor that upholds brand values.
