Sales Representative – Retail (Giza)

About the role

The Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site at our Fitsole store in Giza, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and drive sales of sportswear and sneaker products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product advice to shoppers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the brand portfolio, including Nike, Adidas, Puma and NBA licensed items.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Stock, organise and display merchandise to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall store performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Interest in sportswear and sneaker culture is advantageous.
