Sales Specialist – Food & Beverage (Direct Sales)

About the role
We are looking for a Direct Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help expand our restaurant partner network. You will be the face of elmenus, reaching out to restaurants, presenting our platform, and closing partnership agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential restaurant partners through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
- Present elmenus’ services and demonstrate how they can increase orders and revenue for restaurants.
- Negotiate terms and close partnership deals with restaurant owners and managers.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure timely deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with onboarding and account‑management teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in direct sales or customer acquisition (F&B experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and resilient under pressure.
- Comfortable with field work and meeting clients in person.
- Bachelor’s degree.
