About the role

Kijamii is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and drive strategic direction for Saudi‑based accounts. Based in Cairo, the role combines team leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and the delivery of high‑impact advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Executives.
• Build and nurture trust‑based relationships with clients, anticipating needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide strategic insights to guide creative and communication development.
• Oversee cross‑functional collaboration and ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.
• Review financial matters and contracts, ensuring accuracy and corrective actions where needed.
• Lead the development and delivery of impactful campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Manage large new‑business pitches from briefing to final presentation.
• Coordinate monthly planning and content calendars across accounts.
• Maintain quality control of all deliverables and manage task allocation for timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6‑7 years of experience in agency account management.
• Proven leadership and client‑management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market and cultural nuances.
