Senior Account Manager

About the role

Limitless Care is seeking a motivated Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, understand their unique needs, and coordinate with internal teams to meet expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing needs promptly.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships through regular communication and support.
• Gather client requirements and collaborate with operations to deliver tailored healthcare solutions.
• Monitor account performance, evaluate satisfaction, and identify improvement or growth opportunities.
• Partner with sales and marketing to uncover upselling and cross‑selling possibilities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery and performance metrics.
• Stay informed of industry trends to provide relevant insights to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• 3‑5 years of account management or client‑facing experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
