Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Dentsu is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead the creation and evolution of brand identity systems for a diverse portfolio of regional and global clients across the GCC and MENA. The role blends strategic thinking, visual craftsmanship, and emerging AI tools to deliver cohesive, culturally resonant brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and rollout of brand identity systems, including logos, colour palettes, typography, motion principles, illustration and visual language.
• Create comprehensive brand guidelines and design toolkits that ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with creative leads to align visual output with brand strategy and present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to pitches and new‑business presentations, often under tight deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers, providing clear, actionable feedback.
• Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Magnific and Topaz to accelerate ideation and visual exploration.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and adapting designs for bilingual English/Arabic applications.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in branding and visual identity design, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems built from scratch or significantly evolved.
• Deep understanding of GCC and Saudi market trends, cultural nuances and bilingual design requirements.
• System‑thinking mindset, precision execution and curiosity about AI‑driven workflows.
