Senior Business Analyst – Technology Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our consulting team, focusing on technology‑driven transformation projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews and client discussions.
• Produce documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications, user stories and process maps.
• Collaborate with development, architecture and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint reviews.
• Conduct data analysis, create dashboards and deliver client presentations.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend technology‑enabled improvements.
• Support UAT, solution validation and implementation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of business analysis experience in consulting, IT services or software development.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering and analytical techniques.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
